Starr cast Ralph Lauren’s runways shows and campaigns for 20 years. Many of the models she cast received multi-year contracts including Tyson Beckford, Bridget Hall, Gisele Bündchen, Tanga Moreau, and Filippa Hamilton. For the Fall/Winter 2011 show Starr cast Chinese model Sui He, the first East Asian model to open a Ralph Lauren runway.
